Colour Compliancy

The Image2Output Colour Compliancy Programme is a scheme designed to maintain the accuracy, relevance and efficiency of your colour workflow.

This scheme is essential to our customers who don’t have the time or knowledge to regularly check the accuracy and efficiency of their colour, and also to those who are well equipped and knowledgeable. The system is increasingly being requested by large colour critical clients.

The programme consists of an initial site visit to audit all colour systems, followed by regularly planned visits to maintain the colour accuracy and workflow standards. From operating system and application settings, through profiling and hardware setup, our consultants possess the broad-based knowledge to provide a complete workflow solution.

Service & Support Contracts

Our range of service and support contracts offer a range of options depending on your needs and budget. Included in every support contract is peace of mind which comes from knowing your production is protected.

A contract gives you a fixed price covering any eventuality. You will receive priority support over non-contract customers and our engineers will provide a service that focuses on preventing problems rather than reacting to them.

You will have the support of a technical expert quickly when problems arise. Our support covers all areas of your workflow, from your computer systems to your output devices.

Our Bronze, Silver and Gold support plans offer increasing levels of support allowing you to tailor the price and support level to suit you. Bronze includes telephone support, Silver adds remote log-in and Gold adds on-site engineers and parts to the package.
